Please read the following terms and conditions before booking our services. By placing a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Services are described as accurately as possible, however services, products and prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
We are not a creshe and therefore children must be attended to by a parent or guardian at all times.
Payment is due in full on completion of booking. We accept cheques (made payable to "Pamper Parties"), postal orders and credit card payments.
In the event of cancellation within 3 months 50% of booking will be retained. In the event of cancellation less than 3 months 100% of booking will retained.
Please call to confirm availability before placing an online order.
We require approximately 30 minutes setting up and packing away time at the start and end of booking period.
Chocolate fountain comes with 1kg of chocolate. Depending on usage it may not last for the duration of the event.
We require a power point for silver and gold packages.
Bouncy castle and soft play area require sufficient room and may require a site survey.
We have public liability insurance and all staff have been vetted.
